2/ What measures do you do to guarantee the quality
of your products?
Before every material or component access into our warehouse we'll implement
the QI procedures as regulated in the company Quality Guarantee File. We strived
to meet the scrupulous checking by minimizing the defectives within 200ppm.
Within the circle of material/components processed to a finished machine we'll
launch counter checkings, ie, to have personnel of one dept. check the half-finished
goods made by the other. This way we get a fair result on each half-finished
goods and free from self-determination. The last measure we take is to have
every finished goods aging for a long time for use so that a potential defective
might be spotted and thus corrected.
3/ Is there any child labour or forced workers being exploited to make the products?
No, before each worker or office staff gets admitted into our company we¡¯ll ask for a copy of I.D. card, and enter the all personal data into computer to check if any kind of false info is provided. We welcome our customers to pay a visit anytime for verifying this.
4/ How do you make us convince in your production is safe and employee¡¯s working conditions is secured?
We have at least two drills each year for exercising our employees to deal with accidental fire or other emergencies, teaching them how to use fire extinguisher. On the floor we marked clearly the emergency route to run away from fire in time and free from possible heavy casualties
5/ How do you protect your customers¡¯ proprietary info free from leakage outside?
We had exclusive Security Guard Dept. to take care of this. They are authorized to do the following:
1/ Yes, you have the most favourable price, but do
you not sacrifice the quality?
No, we do not sacrifice the quality, on the contrary the product under every
price are all made by newly procured materials from WIDC'S suppliers. We're
manufacturer, not trader, quality is on the first priority than the price.
We can keep such a obvious distance from our competitors is laid in three
factors: one, by introducing massive purchase power, the second by adopting
computerized management (ERP) and the third, by the technology developed by
our own, these all are combined to make us the common sense breaker
